Membership
How does my small business become an Ask Me HR member?
Like what you see? Great! You are going to love our membership plans. Review our three membership plans above and select the plan that fits your business needs best. Select a monthly or annual plan and you will be directed to a payment screen to complete your purchase.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The monthly and annual plans are identical with the components offered. Each includes access to the HR Helpdesk, HR/Labor Resources, On-Demand Training, and Community Support. However, our annual plans save you BIG! You can save up to $989 by signing up for the annual membership vs the monthly membership plan.
When does the membership start and finish?
Your membership will be activated within 24 hours of enrollment. Membership is ongoing indefinitely, until you request to cancel your membership or payment stops. This membership is an investment in your business that will make for a better employee experience and drive revenue for your business.
Billing
What day of the month is my company billed?
You will be billed on the same day of the month as when you enrolled initially into the membership. Annual members are billed on the same day of the month once annually from when initially signing up.
How can I cancel my membership?
Memberships can be canceled at anytime. However, there are no refunds. You will remain a member until your current month or year (for annual members) expires.
Can an Annual Membership be paid in two payments?
Unfortunately, annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. If you need a payment plan, we suggest enrolling in a monthly plan instead.
